FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
PRODUCT
We know you've seen websites claiming their semi-fine or demi-fine jewellery is completely waterproof. While high-quality sterling silver and brass jewellery like ours can handle water without damage, we recommend storing it in a dry place. We're proud to offer you state-of-the-art brass and silver jewellery with a near-perfect finish. However, even though we stand by our jewellery, all pieces except hard gold need a bit of extra care.
Each 925 silver Iyagi piece has "925" engraved on it, a hallmark of its authenticity. Our jewellery is crafted to the highest standards, designed by our internal research institute in Korea with over 30 years of manufacturing experience. Each piece is hand-carved, cut, polished, and assembled, representing true Korean craftsmanship.
We use 18k gold, rose gold, and white rhodium plating on all our jewellery, both silver and brass.
MATERIAL
Silver is not only a precious metal but also more affordable than gold, making it a great choice for those seeking long-lasting jewellery.
Sterling silver can last 20 to 30 years with proper care.
Brass is sturdy and robust, resisting rust and corrosion for long-term use. It can be shaped into many designs and styles, allowing endless possibilities. Brass is
less expensive than gold, silver, or platinum, offering stylish, durable jewellery at a lower cost. It requires minimal upkeep. A simple wipe with a soft cloth or a soak in mild soap and water keeps it looking shiny and new.
If you have brass allergies, silver is a better option for you. However, our brass earrings are made with 925 silver posts, making them safer for those prone to allergies.
